Besan Key Laddoo
Ingredients
- Gram Flour ½ kg
- Sugar ½ kg
- Water 1 cup
- Dalda VTF Banaspati 2 cups
Method
- Mix sugar and water in a pan and cook on medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes to make a thick syrup
- Remove from heat, allow it to cool and grind it
- Heat Dalda VTF Banaspati in a wok for 3 – 4 minutes on medium heat, stir fry gram flour until fragrant
- Remove from heat, add grounded syrup mix well and quickly make balls out of it
Tip
- Always handle carefully, as both the things will be extreme hot, Better wear gloves whilst making laddoo.
