Besan Key Laddoo



Besan Key Laddoo

Ingredients
  • Gram Flour ½ kg
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Water 1 cup
  • Dalda VTF Banaspati 2 cups
Method
  1. Mix sugar and water in a pan and cook on medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes to make a thick syrup
  2. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and grind it
  3. Heat Dalda VTF Banaspati in a wok for 3 – 4 minutes on medium heat, stir fry gram flour until fragrant
  4. Remove from heat, add grounded syrup mix well and quickly make balls out of it
Tip
  • Always handle carefully, as both the things will be extreme hot, Better wear gloves whilst making laddoo.
